KEC international is an Indian multinational company, and one of the largest power transmission and EPC companies in the world. As part of their expansion into new business sectors, IWS supported their development of a water division.

As part of this assignment IWS developed concept plans for the organisational development and resource allocation, strategic relationship development, profile raising, and market and opportunity development.

Following this initial assignment IWS provided hands-on practical support to the early establishment of the business unit, through the sourcing and development of partner relationships for the introduction of innovative technologies and for business and opportunity development.
